Seeking a guild that sets the bar high? <Lava Lash> is the place for passionate players aiming for server firsts while keeping (a little of) your social life - regular attendance, duh. We house four highly organized raid teams of different loot systems, levels of skill, dedication and player chemistry so you can find what fits you. We welcome all types of players with a drive for excellence who strive for mastery of the class they play.

WiP x LL (discord link) Is our effort to organize raids in cooperation with <Work in Progress> (warcraftlogs link) for more sweaty endeavors like speed runs.

tl;dr;

• drive for excellence and mastery of the class you play
• we welcome different levels of dedication, we're not all hardcore
• four raiding teams with fifth in the works, rules differ by RL - includes:
  • raid times
  • distribution system (MS/OS roll, softres, loot council)
  • consumable rules
• you can raid with multiple chars easily under different raid leaders
• you can easily switch to different RL if you don't like his style, people in the raid etc.
• opportunity to create and lead your own raid with your own rules, raid times and raiders
• opportunity to participate in raids in cooperation with the guild <Work in Progress>
